Multi Drop Driver FAQ

Q: What are the minimum requirements for this role?

A: While previous van driving experience is preferred, it’s not essential. We provide full classroom and on-the-road training. If you're not yet set up as a self-employed driver, we’ll help you get started - at no cost. We can introduce you to a tax advisor and offer guidance on potential VAT benefits.

Q: What are the perks of the role?

A: You’ll be fully equipped with a new, branded delivery van, insurance, uniform, and a handheld device (if needed). We’ve partnered with Amazon to provide high-quality vehicles and seamless support. No upfront costs, no hidden deductions—and we ease you in with routes that start at a reduced parcel load.

Q: What will my day look like?

A: Your day begins with a vehicle check at the delivery station, followed by parcel loading at the same time each morning. You’ll then follow a pre-planned route using your device, delivering parcels safely and professionally. If you finish early, team support may be part of your day before returning to the station.

Q: How much will I earn?

A: You’ll earn a daily rate (VAT inclusive), with potential bonuses, referral rewards, and premiums for using your own device. Payment is weekly, and overtime is available. Unlike many others, we cover vehicle and fuel costs—so there are no unexpected deductions from your pay.

Q: Is this a flexible arrangement?

A: Yes, we tailor your work schedule around your availability. You must be able to complete a 9-hour shift (plus a 30-minute unpaid break), but you choose the days that suit you. Overtime can be arranged if you want extra shifts.
